Environmental Policy: Production Processes


Thanks to several closed water cycles we are able to ensure that:
- all factory buildings and 120 appartments can be heated by recovering waste heat
- we are almost independent of crude oil
- 600 tons grinding sludge can be recylced.

Careful selection and manufacturing processes result in:
- environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable end products
- a comprehensive waste disposal concept for solid and liquid materials
- the total omission of heavy metals.




Environmental Policy: Packaging


The careful selection and application of materials enable:
- compliance with the requirements of "Green Point", member since 1993
- material utilization - blister packaging = PET
- the production of 90% of cardboard packaging using recycled materials,
- the production of instruction manuals and other paper documentaion packed with products 
  without using chlorine.
